The purchaser of all Steam Escapes products accept full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation.Our products are intended for residential use only and any commercial installation voids all warranties. All products must be installed by a licensed professional plumber and licensed professional electrician or could result in the void of all warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing any Steam Escapes products the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of all products.

Steam Escapes requires a 50% deposit on all orders with the balance due upon pickup, delivery or shipment of product. If a customer decides to cancel their order within 10 days of the deposit, 90% of the deposit will be refunded and a cancelation after 10 days, 50% will be refunded.  There are NO RETURNS ACCEPTED on used Steam Escapes products.  If a customer decides to return a product after pickup, delivery or shipment a 20% restocking fee will be held.  Product must be unopened and unused without damage to crate, container or package.  Any broken parts or damage due to general shipping will have replacement parts shipped to you ASAP.

All Steam Escapes products are covered by a 12 month parts warranty from factory. The product must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician or it could cause the warranty to be void. Steam Escapes will be here to help you should any defects be found within the factory warranty period. The customer is responsible for removing the defective parts and mailing them to our address.  A replacement component will be sent to the customer to replace the defective part.  If any components should stop working after the one year factory warranty expires we will gladly provide you with the replacements needed at cost.  All warranties are non-transferable.
